If Forex traders are our greatest strengths our minds and bodies. If we are sick, or we can't focus, not us good trade. In other words, we make money.
Unfortunately, Forex does not really requires no heavy lifting, or effort.So, when it comes to keeping our body and mind fit we need to work towards. I know from personal experience, if I am not pushing myself to exercise during the day, I can end up spending up to 8 hours sitting in front of my computer.
Forex trading is a sedentary job., And research shows that sedentary jobs put you at risk of heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Eng right?
What is a Forex trader to do?Well, as traders who we are pretty good at making plans such as money management plans and marketing plans, for example. in addition to these plans, it is to me that a good trader needs to have a fitness plan. so I thought I'd share mine. This is more of a whole morning routine than a fitness plan.
8: 00 am: Wake up and do some quick stretch.
8: 15 am: open on my charts and any commercial alarms for the day I will have to set it up.
8: 30 am: exercise of time
Do 20 minutes of high intensity cardio. Do weights 15 repetitions 3 sets.
9: 15 am: shower.
9: 30 pm: eat breakfast.
9: 40 am: Sit on your computer and start working.
During the day: take breaks at least once per hour.
Get up and walk around. Look away from the screen.(To avoid eye strain)Hands.(To help prevent against RSI and carpal tunnel)
As you can see it is quite simple. However, it is extremely important to set your alarm to make sure you don't miss out on every trade. always try to schedule breaks every hour, so your eyes a rest of staring at the screen and also gives your hands a break to prevent RSI.
